Welcome. I’m Amy Sawyer, yoga therapist, plant medicine guide, and founder of Journey to You. I launched this sacred collective to provide spiritually rooted support for those seeking healing, integration, and transformation. In my experience I’ve had the honor of guiding hundreds of fellow travelers on the path to healing and inspiration. Grounded in yoga philosophy and conscious ceremony with sacred plant allies, Journey to You offers a sanctuary for those wanting to reconnect with their true nature.
