About
A few words from Amy, founder of Journey to You.
I’m a sacred plant medicine guide, certified by the Center for Medicinal Mindfulness in advanced guiding practices. My passion lies in working with cannabis and psilocybin mushrooms to facilitate healing experiences. I guide from a place of compassion and curiosity throughout the preparation, journey and integration process.
I’m also a certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT), Reiki master teacher, writer, and music lover with a passion for helping others live into their highest potential. With well over 1000 hours of training and experience in teaching a wide range of students over the last 10 years, I offer customized one-on-one sessions with a therapeutic approach to meet your specific needs. I guide from the heart, empowering you to remember your wholeness through physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.

My approach
Steeped in yoga philosophy, mindfulness, presence, and compassion, I provide a nurturing space where you can safely explore your inner landscape and remember your wholeness. Yoga therapy serves as the foundation, with ancient tools that assist in regulating the nervous system and restoring balance of body, mind, and spirit. Sacred plant medicines have a way of breaking down walls, stripping away distractions, and connecting us with our innate healing wisdom. I work with these devotional tools with deep reverence and intention.
The journey to wholeness isn’t about escaping reality or seeking answers outside of us, but confronting our shadows and understanding our role in the greater meaning of life. Awakening begins with self-awareness. Awareness with acceptance is where the healing happens.
“Before becoming a butterfly, the caterpillar sits in darkness. Transformation is not the absence of struggle, but the courage to meet it with awareness and grace. I provide nurturing guidance with a calm and gentle presence that allows you to safely explore your inner landscape and walk the path home to yourself.”
